| For sale by owner 1968 Corvette Convertible. This is a real clean stock Corvette. Very fun driving car for car shows and getting ice cream. Starts every time, idles smooth and never overheats. Got to love the small blocks. This has to be a fairly rare car as its a 4 speed convertible high horse motor with AC. L79 350 HP 327 Ci, M20 4 speed manual transmission, Air Conditioning, Posi-traction limited slip differential and optional hardtop. Non Numbers Matching Motor, this car has a period correct 1969 Corvette 350 ci engine. Originally from North Carolina, always garaged, never any accidents with all factory bonding strips in place. Nice frame and under body with slight surface rust. Solid bird cages. Full GM exhaust system with manifolds. Rebuilt transmission and posi unit. New syncros, clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing, resurfaced flywheel and new posi clutches. All new Paragon suspension, shocks, bushings, bearings, and leaf springs restored. I have the original spare tire and shifter. Paint is 20 years old and shines presentably. This is a wonderful driving Corvette, nice enough to show and easy enough to enjoy.
